The team behind CPC.
Central Indiana marketers, working alongside founders who care about the businesses they’ve built.
Carson Poore · Founder · Indianapolis, IN
Hi, I’m Carson. I started this because I kept seeing the same thing: genuinely good businesses, run by people who care, with marketing that made them look ordinary. It never sat right with me. Good work deserves to be seen.
So we built the team we needed to change that. We partner with small business owners to build marketing that reflects the real quality of what they’ve built. Not louder marketing. Truer marketing. The kind that brings the right people in and keeps them coming back.
We work with you, not at you. We’ll ask a lot of questions, we’ll tell you what we actually think even when it isn’t the easy answer, and we’ll treat your business with the same care we’d want for our own.
Grow central Indiana’s small businesses the way we’d grow our own.
We help small businesses in central Indiana grow through marketing that’s actually thought through, brand work that stands apart, and advertising that pulls its weight. Every business we take on gets treated the way we’d want ours treated: like it matters, and like it’s worth building right the first time.
Healthier businesses. Healthier owners.
We want to leave central Indiana’s small-business community better than we found it. More businesses worth choosing. More owners who can breathe. Marketing put to work building things that are actually worth building. Growth is how we get there. The point is the people we get there with.
What we operate on.
Four rules we hold ourselves to, whether or not anyone is looking.
We are never satisfied with work that simply functions. There is always a sharper version of what we just made, and we go looking for it before anyone thinks to ask us. Getting comfortable is the only real failure available to us.
We tell people the truth, and we do it with genuine care for the person hearing it. Directness without kindness is just ego wearing a business casual outfit, and kindness without directness is avoidance pretending to be manners. We hold ourselves to both at the same time.
We finish what we start, all the way down to the details nobody notices. Thoroughness does not get abandoned because a deadline is close, and it is never treated as someone else’s responsibility. If our name is attached to something, it has been looked at more than once.
The person always matters more than the pipeline. We are here for the health of the entrepreneur we work with, not only the growth of the business they built, and when those two things pull in opposite directions we choose the person.
Our faith shapes how we work more than anything we’d put on a marquee. It shows up as these values, in the day to day of the work, not as a label.
Let’s get you a team in your corner.
