    A scan of 3–5 direct competitors covering how they position, price, and message. Identifies the specific gap you can own.

    Ideal Customer Profile

    A defined profile of your best-fit customer: who they are, what they want, what they fear, what objections they raise, where they spend attention, and what makes them buy. One primary profile, with a secondary profile if the business genuinely warrants it.

    Positioning Statement

    A clear written articulation of who the business is for, what it does best, and why it’s the obvious choice over the alternatives. The strategic anchor every other deliverable points back to.

    Offer Breakdown

    Your core offer, sharpened: named, structured, and priced with intent. Includes specific recommendations to restructure, bundle, or reprice where needed.

    Messaging Framework

    The core message, value proposition, key talking points, and the actual language to use across all marketing. Includes example headlines and taglines.

    Marketing Strategy

    The master document. Pulls the audit, customer, positioning, offer, and messaging into one clear strategy: the priorities, the recommended channels, and the reasoning behind each call.

    90-Day Action Plan

    A specific, prioritized roadmap of exactly what to do in the first 90 days, in what order, with the reasoning. Concrete tasks, not themes.

    Strategy Presentation & Handoff

    A live walkthrough of the full strategy, by call or in person, with time for questions. You leave understanding the plan, not just holding it.
