4 practices. One team that builds what it plans.
You built something real, and you deserve somebody in your corner. Indy agencies have moved upmarket. AI shops can’t do brand. Plenty of fractional CMOs hand you a plan and wish you luck. So we set up in the gap: marketing, technical, strategy, and coaching from one small Indianapolis team, with every price published right here.
Marketing people actually talk about
Brand, campaigns, content, and email that get the right people noticing you and talking about you. We measure it in calls, customers, and booked work. Not impressions.
Our test is simple. If a campaign can’t name the job it’s doing, it doesn’t run.
Need just one piece? Each of these stands on its own: branding, content marketing, social media, and video & photo, next to SEO and AI search, local SEO, and Google Ad Grants. Brand, video, and photo also come as project work, with starting prices published. Retainer clients can add a project anytime.

- A brand and message that sound like you
- Campaigns and email measured in booked work
- Content, social, video, and photo that earn attention
The builds most marketing shops can’t do
AI agents and automation. Websites and web apps. GoHighLevel and CRM. Google Ads. GA4. Practical, human-approved, and priced for small businesses.
Yes, we use AI. It does the heavy lifting so the human parts stay human, and every automation gets checked by a person before it touches a customer. Want to see it before you book anything? The free tools on this site are this practice working in public. No email wall. Scored on the spot.
Web design, development, and product design are also available as project work, with starting prices published. Retainer clients can add a project anytime.

- An AI agent that answers every lead in minutes
- A website or web app that’s yours, not rented
Strategy you own outright
A $3,000, one-time engagement: your positioning, your people, a sharp offer, and a 90-day plan you could run without us. It’s the straight answer to “what should we do first?”
Don’t get us wrong, we get why people skip this step. A document feels less real than an ad. But skip it and the other 3 practices get more expensive. Some clients take the plan and run it themselves... and we count that as a win.

- A sharp offer and the positioning behind it
- A 90-day plan written in plain English
A fractional CMO with hands
A fractional CMO for owners and founders at $1,200–$4,800 a month. The plan and the hands that build it, on one team.
8 clients at a time. That’s the cap, and it’s why the work stays personal. You get somebody to lean on who knows your business, not a pod juggling 40 accounts.

- Marketing leadership at $1,200–$4,800 a month
- The plan and the implementation on one team
Every service, one screen
All 11 specialist pages, filed under their practice, plus our 2 standalone engagements: strategy, and coaching & growth.

Need all 4 practices? Great. Need 1 piece? Also great. Either way, skip the menu. Start with whatever’s keeping you up at night, and we’ll work backward together.
“The phone used to ring. It’s gone quiet.”
Marketing, usually beginning with local search. If you run a local shop, the local-businesses page walks the whole path.
“We built the thing. Nobody’s heard of it.”
The $3,000 strategy engagement first, then decide if you want us for the long haul; if you do, half the fee ($1,500) is credited toward your retainer. Founders start here.
“I wear 5 hats and marketing is the 6th.”
For nonprofits, the free Ad Grant check comes before anything we’d ever charge for. Nonprofits start here.
“Things work, but every month starts from zero.”
It’s not an effort gap, it’s a leadership gap. Coaching & growth puts a standing plan behind the hustle.
“Honestly? Not sure.”
Take the Five-Step Check-Up. No email, no login. You’ll have a score in about two minutes.
Here at CPC, we aren’t afraid of a hot take: most small businesses buy ads too early. If that’s you, we’ll tell you on the first call and point you to the cheaper fix first.
Money, plainly: retainers are $1,200, $2,400, or $4,800 a month. The strategy engagement is $3,000, once. 3 months minimum, because real change takes that long, then month to month. The full breakdown, including the nonprofit rate, is on the pricing page.
3 things people ask before they book
Can we hire just 1 practice?
Absolutely. Plenty of our work lives inside a single practice, like a GA4 setup or a website build. We keep all 4 under one roof so that when the work crosses a line, you don’t have to go find a second vendor.
Why only 8 clients?
Because attention is the whole product. 8 clients means a team that knows your business by name, not a pod juggling 40 accounts. It also means we sometimes say “not yet.” We’d rather you wait a bit than get a thinner version of the work.
Who does the work day to day?
We do. The team that writes your plan is the team that builds it. No handoff to a junior pod. No subcontractors you never meet. That’s most of why the cap exists.
Bring the symptom. We’ll name the first step.
One relaxed call. We’ll listen, name the practice that fits, or tell you honestly that you’re too early. Either way, you leave knowing what’s first.
