Marketing sites
5 to 10 pages that load fast, say what you do and where, and keep your phone number within reach on every screen. Written in plain English, because the words sell before the design does.
Usually live in 3–4 weeksYou built something worth finding. Here at CPC, we build the site that does it justice: fast marketing sites, booking flows, and the occasional web app for small businesses in Indianapolis. And everything lives in your accounts, under your name, from day 1. Some agencies keep the domain and hosting in their own account, and the owner finds out at cancellation. Our whole process is built so that never happens to you.

Every project starts by naming which one it is. Why? Because the price and the timeline both follow from that 1 answer.
5 to 10 pages that load fast, say what you do and where, and keep your phone number within reach on every screen. Written in plain English, because the words sell before the design does.
Usually live in 3–4 weeksOnline scheduling and quote forms that text you the second someone hits send. We scope and quote these with the build; they aren’t in a site’s starting price. The goal is simple. A customer who found you at 9 p.m. has booked before breakfast.
Adds a week or two to a buildA simple web tool, like a calculator or an internal tool, starts at $6,000. Customer portals, dashboards, and anything with payments or several user roles get quoted per project after scoping. You’ll have the timeline before you commit.
Weeks for small tools, months for real apps. We’ll say whichHot take: most small businesses get sold more website than they need. A fast 5-page site with a booking link beats a 40-page build nobody updates.
Here at CPC, we aren’t afraid of a hot take, so here’s one. This industry has a habit that never shows up in proposals: the hostage website. The agency registers your domain and hosts your site in their account. Your Google Business Profile? “Managed” from their login. Everything works fine. Right up until you cancel.
And it gets expensive fast. When an owner ends the contract, the agency can cut off the hosting and the phone number tied to the Google profile, and the phones go dark. So we build it the other way around. Your accounts. Your card on the billing. Our hands on the keyboard. If we stopped working together tomorrow, nothing would turn off.
Your customers are on phones, often on parking-lot signal. A page that hesitates loses them to the next result. So we build static pages wherever we can, with no plugin stack and no page builder dragging 40 scripts behind it. Just files that show up instantly. And you’re reading one right now... this site is built exactly the way we build client sites.
There’s a newer reason too. AI answer engines increasingly decide which local businesses get mentioned, and our bet is that clean, fast pages that state plainly what you do and what it costs are the ones that get read and quoted. A quick site used to be polish. We treat it as positioning.
Don’t get us wrong, though. A fast site can’t rescue a business nobody searches for. If the deeper problem is being found at all, start with local SEO instead. It’s cheaper, and it’s the first thing we check for every local business we work with.
4 stages, no mystery phase. You’ll know where your project sits every week, because you can watch the site take shape at a real link.

We write the site first. What you do, where you do it, what it costs, why you. To be honest... this is the slow part, and it’s slower than we’d like. Turning a business into plain words takes longer than choosing colors. It also matters more.
Domain and hosting go in your name before the first page exists, and the code lives in a repository you control. You watch the site come together at a live preview link, and feedback happens there, on real screens, not in mockups.
Old links redirect. Your Google Business Profile matches the new site exactly. And analytics gets wired in from the first visitor, so when the phone rings, you can see which page made it happen.
You get a walkthrough of how to change your own text and hours. Some owners take it from there. Done. Others want somebody to lean on and fold ongoing care into a monthly retainer with the rest of their marketing. Both are great by us.
Template-based, up to 5 pages. You supply the text, you get 2 rounds of revisions, and it’s built in your accounts.
Up to 8 to 10 pages built around your content. A booking or quote flow and a CRM hookup get scoped and quoted with the build; they aren’t in the starting price. Usually 3 to 4 weeks, plus a week or two with booking.
1 user role, 3 to 5 screens, 1 integration, and no payments. Larger custom web apps, portals, and anything with payments are quoted per project after scoping.
Website and web tool work is priced as a project, not a retainer. You get 1 written number before anything begins, sized to the pages and features involved and to how much of the writing falls to us. The quote holds unless the scope changes, and if it does, we talk about it before we bill for it.
Ongoing marketing is separate. Our monthly retainers run $1,200, $2,400, or $4,800, and site care can live inside them after launch if you want it to.
Starter sites start at $900, business sites at $2,500, and simple web tools at $6,000. Larger custom web apps are quoted per project. The final number depends on the page count and the features, and on how much of the writing falls to us. You get it in writing before any work starts, and it holds unless you change the scope. Every project price is on the investment page.
Yes. All of it. The domain is registered in your account and the hosting is billed to your card. Every file lives in a repository you control. We build it that way from day one, so there is nothing to transfer when you leave and nothing we could hold. If we parted ways tomorrow, your site wouldn’t notice.
A marketing site usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. The writing is the long pole, not the design, and it goes faster when you can give us an hour of honest answers about what you do and what it costs. A booking flow adds a week or two. Web apps are their own animal: we scope them individually and give you a timeline with the quote, and if it’s a months-long build we say so up front.
Often, yes, and we’d rather. Some sites need an afternoon of fixes (slow images, a homepage that never says what the business does) and not a rebuild. On a discovery call we’ll look at yours together and tell you which kind it is. If the answer is “keep what you have,” you’ll hear that too.
Plain, fast pages wherever possible, and a light framework when a project genuinely needs one. WordPress enters only if you arrive with it and want to stay. The reason is boring and practical: fewer moving parts means faster load times and fewer plugin emergencies at 2 a.m. Whatever we build with, the files and accounts are yours.
Send your web address when you book and we’ll show up having already read it, with notes on what’s slow or unclear and a straight answer on whether you need a new site at all. No charge, and no hard feelings if the answer is “keep what you’ve got.” How are we gonna make this happen? Let’s hop on a call and find out.
