3 weeks of thinking. A 90-day plan you own.

You built something real. Now you need to know what to do first. The $3,000 strategy engagement gives you your positioning, your people, a sharp offer, and a prioritized 90-day marketing plan, walked through live. Yours to keep, even if we never work together again.

What you’re getting, up front

The strategy engagement is one project with one price: $3,000, start to finish in about 3 weeks. We study your numbers. We talk to your customers. Then we hand you a document that answers the question every owner eventually asks us... what should we do first?

You leave with 4 deliverables. Positioning. A defined best-fit customer. A sharp offer. And a prioritized 90-day plan, delivered in a live walkthrough. Because a plan you don’t understand is a plan you won’t run.

Here at CPC, we aren’t afraid of a hot take: strategy should be bought once and owned, not rented inside a retainer. So this stands alone. No subscription attached, nothing that expires, and it ends with a dated plan, not a deck.

If you’re a founder, this is usually the front door. We point founders here first, before anyone touches a channel or spends a dollar on media.

If you keep us on for a retainer afterward, half the fee ($1,500) is credited toward it.

Most growth problems we meet are positioning problems in disguise.

Four deliverables and a walkthrough

The same 4 deliverables listed on the pricing page, spelled out. Everything arrives in plain English, in your language, about your customers.

  1. 01

Positioning you can say out loud.

One clear answer to why somebody picks you over the shop down the road, written so anyone on your team says it the same way.

  2. 02

    Your people, defined.

Who your best customers really are, what they want, what stalls them, and what finally gets them to buy.

  3. 03

    A sharp offer.

Your core offer named, structured, and priced on purpose, including what to change and what to leave alone.

  4. 04

    The 90-day plan itself.

Specific actions in a specific order, prioritized by payoff. We walk you through it live, so the reasoning transfers along with the list.

It stands alone on purpose. Hand it to your team or run it yourself. Everything in it is yours from the day we deliver it. And if you keep us on for a monthly partnership afterward, half the fee ($1,500) is credited toward it.

Who this is for, and who should wait

Honestly, here’s a pattern worth naming first. Founder-led selling stalls once the company only grows if you’re personally on the call. That usually happens well before $2 million in revenue, and it’s right where this engagement earns its keep.

Start here if
  • You’re a founder somewhere between your first dollar and roughly $2M in revenue, and growth so far has mostly been you.
  • You’re an owner asking “what should we do first?” before spending another marketing dollar.
  • A past retainer produced activity instead of customers, and this time you want the thinking before any doing.
  • You’re considering one of our retainers and want the plan in hand first. Good order.
Wait if
  • You haven’t sold the thing consistently yet. Before product-market fit, a paid plan mostly says “go sell.” We’d rather send you off with homework.
  • You need leads this week. Strategy is a 3-week project. An urgent push is a retainer conversation.
  • You already have a plan you believe in. Run it. Come back when it stops answering your questions.
  • $3,000 would strain the business right now. The free 90-Day Plan Starter covers the first mile for nothing.

The plan feeds everything else we do

The document doesn’t care who executes it. If the plan calls for campaigns, content, and email, that’s our Marketing practice. If it calls for a site or an ad account built right, that’s Technical. If you’d rather run it yourself with us checking your work each month, that’s Coaching & growth. And some owners simply run it alone, which still counts as the plan working.

The engagement and the retainers are priced separately on the pricing page. Buying one obligates you to nothing else.

Try the free 90-Day Plan Starter

Not ready to spend anything? Fair enough. The 90-Day Plan Starter asks a handful of plain questions about your business and hands back a first-pass outline on the spot. No email. No login. It’s 1 of 5 free tools on this site, and it doubles as a preview of how we think.

If the outline makes you want to argue with it, good. The paid engagement takes the same questions and goes all the way down.

What owners ask before buying the plan

What exactly do we get for the $3,000?

4 deliverables in one document: positioning, a defined best-fit customer, a sharp offer, and a prioritized 90-day plan. Then a live walkthrough, so the reasoning comes with it. It’s the same engagement described on our pricing page, and it’s yours to keep even if we never work together again.

How long does the strategy engagement take?

About 3 weeks from kickoff to walkthrough. Most of that is research and conversations with you and, where possible, a few of your customers. The writing comes last. If a week slips because your schedule is full, that’s normal and fine.

What if we just take the plan and run it ourselves?

That’s a win, and we mean it. The engagement is priced to stand alone, every deliverable is written so your team can execute without us, and running it yourself is a legitimate outcome. If you get stuck mid-plan, coaching exists for that. No obligation, no expiration.

Are we too early for this?

If you haven’t sold your product consistently yet, probably. Before product-market fit, the honest advice is to go sell, listen hard, and come back once real customers exist. So that’s what we’ll tell you on a discovery call, along with homework, instead of taking the $3,000.

What happens after the walkthrough?

Whatever you choose. Some owners run the plan themselves. Others hand the campaign work to our marketing practice, the builds to technical, or keep us on as a monthly advisor through coaching. The plan is written to work in any of those hands, including yours.

Start with the plan.

A 30-minute discovery call, on us. Bring your numbers and the question you keep circling. We’ll tell you whether the engagement fits, what order we’d work in, and, if you’re too early, exactly what to do instead.
